Safe place deliveries

If you request delivery to a safe place or provide delivery instructions, responsibility transfers once the parcel is marked as delivered.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Damages and Incorrect Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without needing to justify it. The item must still be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Super comfy grooming trousers!

If you have the Pewtsuit you’re going to love these! These are super roomy and comfortable, the same mesh inside so they don’t stick to your legs. Size wise I would say more true to size, I’ve gone for my normal size 8 and have plenty of room to bend and squat. Great length on the leg too I am 5ft6. Highly recommend!

finally lined trousers...no more chub rubs needed!

for years, I've been wearing thin water resistant grooming trousers and always felt the need for a protective layer of chub rub shorts but not with these pewtpants! fully lined and hair and waterproof! dries super quick so no more wet dog smell lingering! :-)

well worth the investment!

I felt I had to mark down a star for plus sizing though :-( if you are a chunky girl or guy maybe size up one if not 2 sizes for comfort as I have found the entire range does come up a little snug.
