Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
- Standard Pewtner Shipping: £6.50
- Applies to: Orders £0.00–£100.00
- Pewtner Free Shipping: Orders £100.00 and up
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days
🇪🇺 European Union
- Express Europe: £29.99
- Free shipping: Orders £250.00 and up
- Delivery time: 2–7 business days
🌍 International
- Worldwide: £39.99
- Free shipping: Orders £300.00 and up
- Delivery time: 6–10 business days
Order Processing
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
Pre-Orders
- If your order contains a pre-order item, it will be dispatched once the pre-order stock has arrived with us.
- Estimated arrival dates are provided as guidance and may occasionally change due to supplier, production, or delivery delays.
- If a pre-order is delayed, we apologise for any inconvenience and will dispatch your order as soon as the stock becomes available.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise agreed.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@pewtner.com with your order number.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can raise this with the courier quickly.
Delivery confirmation may include:
- GPS tracking
- Delivery photo
- Signature confirmation
- Safe place confirmation
Safe place deliveries
If you request delivery to a safe place or provide delivery instructions, responsibility transfers once the parcel is marked as delivered.
Claims & investigations
All claims are subject to courier investigation. We may request:
- Confirmation of delivery address
- CCTV or doorbell footage, if available
- A police crime reference number for theft cases
