Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some products on Pewtner Grooming may be offered as one-time purchases or as recurring purchase options (subscriptions). This policy explains how those options work and how you can manage or cancel them.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are processed immediately at checkout and are not part of any recurring billing cycle. Standard refund and returns policies apply.

Subscription / Recurring Orders

If you select a subscription option, your chosen product will be delivered on a recurring basis and billed automatically at the selected interval (e.g. monthly).

  • Payments are processed automatically using your chosen payment method
  • You will be charged before each scheduled dispatch
  • Pricing, frequency, and products are shown at checkout before purchase

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account or via the link provided in your order confirmation emails.

  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip upcoming deliveries
  • Update delivery frequency
  • Update payment or shipping details

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next order, cancellations must be made before the next billing date.

  • Cancellations made after billing may still result in that order being processed
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • You remain responsible for any orders already processed

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same refund and returns policy as standard purchases. Refunds will not be issued for future subscription charges once a billing cycle has started.
